OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
You can return goods you have ordered from us if Merchandise is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979 amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994. Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days (from receipt of goods) in their original condition after this we reserve the right to accept a refund or exchange providing, they are in an original resalable condition with swing tags if applicable.
Once returned and upon inspection of the goods you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
If you are returning grooming/cosmetic products, that these are unopened and in complete original packaging
You have included your Returns Form, with your preference for exchange or a refund.
If you wish to exchange your items, remember to specify for which product, colour & size, using the space provided on your returns form. We recommend that you send us a quick email at email@example.com or telephone our store 01823 256092.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
Please be careful that any aftershave or body deodorant worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
All Items must be in original, resaleable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
For your own security please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package RETURN GOODS, to avoid any customs charges. Merchant Menswear is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed in a timely fashion.
